Arizona-Mexico Forum: Approaches for cross-border collaborations

Recent global developments have highlighted the importance of Arizona's relationship with Mexico. To foster discussion among academia and other stakeholders on how to better capitalize on new opportunities, the ASU School of Transborder Studies, in collaboration with Rodríguez Dávalos Abogados, organized the first edition of the Arizona-Mexico Forum: Approaches for Cross-Border Collaborations on September 6th at the ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Arizona governor: Cross-border collaboration is more important than ever

It was a little after 9 a.m. last Friday when Irasema Coronado, the director of Arizona State University’s School of Transborder Studies, began her remarks.

Nearly 100 people had gathered at Thunderbird School of Global Management for the Arizona-Mexico Forum, where academic and industry leaders from both sides of the border would examine ways to boost cross-border collaborations.
